XF 2.1 First Time Accessing a Thread Takes Too Long To Load

After upgrading to 2.1.8 Patch 2, uncached threads take too long to response. I've recorded a video to show the issue:

I have Redis Cache by Xon 2.8.0. @Xon could you take a look?

Server load is low.

Update 1: Disabled Redis cache, still the same. Definitely not a cache issue. But I'm %100 sure that this started with 2.1.8 Patch 2.

Don't have that issue. Also using Redis Cache...

Try restarting php-fpm or apache, sometimes they get stuck in bizarre situations.

Thank you for the tip! Found the culprit! It was Litespeed 5.4.6. Reverted back to 5.4.5 Build 3 and solved.
