Finding and replacing links in signatures

I have a website where they link to a domain that we no longer control.

Old URL:
domain.com/forum/showthread.php?t=197047

New URL:
domain.com/threads/new-pics-april-13-my-picwhore-thread-killer-duw.197047/

Anyway I can replace these URLs so they are able to redirect to the new one?

Looks like you migrated from vB? The redirects the XF offers will handle those links.
