Andy, I don't think that's what this suggestion actually is -- you can already filter to your own (or any person's) resources. See the "your resources" link.

Thank you, Mike. I looked all over the page for the "your resources" link, but didn't think to look in the navbar.

However it would be really nice to be able to filter to show the latest resources and not the versions prior to the latest release of each resource.

I actually would like to see this, currently if you're in the Resource Manager, want to find all resources by a certain individual your first thought would be search by that member, but of course it's all their replies.

Can also click a users member card/profile resources what not.

But something like this could be useful:
