XF 1.5 Filename issue

Hi, I hope I am posting this is the correct place.

I have come across a strange anomaly with regard to posting a 3rd party photo anywhere on my xenforo site.

It seems to be an issue with the filneame and only happens on my site?

Here is the issue
If I post the image with the filename below the image does not display

[IMG]https://www.militaryphotohost.com/images/2018/05/08/DSCF0054.jpg[/IMG]

If I change the filename on the same 3rd party host it does display

[IMG]https://www.militaryphotohost.com/images/2018/05/08/marine1.jpg[/IMG]

I have posted the first version of the photo on other sites and it works fine, any ideas?

Aha it seems to be an issue with the Image Proxy, when I turn it off the photo displays fine?

Well it is definately a problem with the DSFC file, all other variations work fine, even just taking out the F from the file name

If it works changing the file name then that could suggest something server side blocking it, such as mod security.

Your host should be able to check if that's the case.
