file_get_contents Error after moving to another Webspace

Hello. I moved my forum to another Webspace but if i enter my url i do get the following and not sure what to do?! Thanks for your help

A quick Google returns this:

"you need to contact your webmaster or hosting provider to enable allow_url_fopen and allow_url_include in the PHP server configuration."

I was in panic and did not tooked a look into Google. Excuse me
My Webhoster allows me to set this by myself and its done and working now. Thank you for the quick help
