XF 2.2 File is empty on install

Hello, the file "src/XF/Captcha/SolveMedia.php" does not contain any data. Is there a way to reinstall this file?

I was able to solve this but not sure how to close the thread. For future notice of anyone with the same problem I was able to go to my original xenforo zip download and just replace the file with corresponding one.
