Won't fix File Health Check fails on stock install

Not sure if this is relevant, but in my folder I have Urltitle.php in there, and with the XF upgrade, it isnt in there.

I was informed that the file had a last minute update and they didn't rebuild the hashes for the .zip - next update will have this addressed.

Yeah, we got sick of the same duplicate bug over and over...

Won't fix it for this release - beta 2 won't have the issue either.
