XF 1.3 File-Health check fails on valid file

Because of this tutorial I replaced my Register.php file.

Somehow the Integration was not working (nothing was changed...), so I reuploaded the original version of the Register.php file.

But now the File-Health check continuously fails on this file. Why?

Upload a new file from a fresh .zip.

It's possible the one you are uploading is corrupt.

After the update to 1.3.5 the problem is no longer existing.
