Lack of interest Feature request: Email testing

I'd like to make a feature request for there to be an option on the email configuration page to test the email configuration.

For example, enter an email address, press test, and it'll do a send. Then for bounce confirmation, you can send it to a fake email address that doesn't exist, to make sure bounce management is working.

You can send a test email to yourself on the confirmation page.

You can also send to a fake email address, or set up a test user with one.
