Fatal error: Class 'XenForo_Options' not found in /public_html/library/XenForo/Application.php on line 735

Trying to upgrade from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3 and once the files have been uploaded and I go to site.com/install, and click the upgrade button, the error is output.

What can I do?

I uploaded the files again and this time I get:

Fatal error: Class 'XenForo_ViewRenderer_Abstract' not found in /public_html/library/XenForo/ViewRenderer/HtmlInstall.php on line 9

It seems the third time was the charm... now it works.

I suppose the first two times the ftp transfer didn't go as expected, even though the ftp program didn't throw any errors.

Someone recently reminded me the value of using binary mode for ftp transfers.

Maybe helpful to recall this in the future.
