As designed, I think. This is the same for threads and forums. The "title" of the item is irrelevant, if the correct ID is at the end, it will forward to the canonical URL.

Yes, this is a fundamental feature, otherwise every link is going to die if you rename a thread, etc.

Have a look at the "hidden" Signature of the User "AlexandrosD".
You only see the signature when hoover over. The Signature-Link links to another members profile.

The URL says "A**hole"

I already dealt with that - that's just a board policy thing, rather than anything technical.
