Facebook Policy Warning for Xenforo Login

Got the following message from Facebook. We haven't touched the app in ages, and to begin with we followed the XenForo support documentation when enabling the login for our forum using Facebook.

Has anyone else received this kind of message? I don't really understand what we could do...
