Cant figure this out even read old threads , how do i use this >

i created a facebook app and got my key and name put them in the options in xenforo and now i get an error when clicking the button

Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration: One or more of the given URLs is not allowed by the App's settings. It must match the Website URL or Canvas URL, or the domain must be a subdomain of one of the App's domains.

Make sure you have specified the correct "Site URL" in the "website" configuration section of your Facebook app. (This includes http vs https and whether you use "www".)
