Add-on Facebook integration

I have a Facebook page for my community.

What I want to do is have some way of starting a new wall post when someone starts a new topic.

For example, the wall post would look like this...

<member name> has started a new topic titled "<topic title>"

There would then be a link to the topic on the community.

Does an add-on like this exist already?

I believe this is possible.

A UK newspaper, The Independent. Their website is integrated to Facebook in such a way that each article a user read, shares it on their timeline.

I don't know how to do it, but I think it is possible.

This would be a cool add-on, quite happy to pay for it as well if it's automatic. It could be quite good in that if a member has their Facebook account linked with the forum then it would automatically tag them and post on their timeline, etc.
