External Login, Access By Usergroup

I'm trying to figure out how to create an external HTML (or .php) page that if users have purchased an upgrade through the forum, they'd be able to access and view that page, while people who didn't purchase an upgrade wouldn't be able to. Is there a relatively good bridge already available for that to detect the Xenforo login session and the corresponding usergroup, or is there an add on I haven't seen yet?
