So, I've never designed anything ever and I'm currently in the process of creating my own custom (very simple customizations, nothing fancy) style based off of the xF default style on a test install.

    My question is....

Once I complete the style and have things how I want them to look, how do I get that over to the 'real' site? Again, please be gentle (and detailed) with me as I've never done this before :)

It's easy, actually. Just export the theme and then import it on your live server. If your customization includes images; then maintain the image folder path. Should work.

You will also need to copy the image directory from the test installation to the live installation.

Good, sounds like it should be easy enough :)

I'll post back here if I have any issues ;)
