XF 2.1 Excluding forum from "What's New" is not working

Hi,

I have un-ticked couple of forums to not shown their threads in new posts,




but threads from such forums are still showing in Whats New results, any idea to prevent threads from these forum to show in "What's New"?

"What's New" and "New posts" are not the same thing. I usually disable What's New in AdminCP >> Setup >> Public Navigation for that reason and because users find it confusing.

The whats new page is actually a widget page. You can change what appears in the widget settings.
