Implemented Event for hooking into Mail class

I skimmed through it and it appears there isn't a way to hook into the XenForo_Mail class. Would be terribly useful to be able to manipulate the mail object before the email is actually sent.

Maybe I'm wrong, and you can hook into it somehow, but not that I saw.

I finally got a chance to make this change just now, BTW (so not in RC3). But you will be able to use load_class_mail to override the mail class.
