EU sites - are you using non-pesonalised Adsense ads?

Hi EU admins!

I'm thinking and reading about the EU-consent policy for Adsense ads. If you don't have consent from users you must use non-pesonalised ads (which in my opinion means less revenue). It's hard to get consent and serve non-pesonalised ads for one and personalised ads for other users without proper add-on.

How do you deal with it?

We ask for consent in the cookie notice and serve personalized ads to users who give consent and non-personalized to all other.

In addition we offer a paid service for users who don't want ads.

And how you do that? I'd like to have similar system, but not sure how to do it. Hm... I also offer paid service with no ads.
