I already resolved this problem with the patch for XF 1.2.1, but now.... there's any way to resend that e-mail confirmation to users who tried to register?

You can resend user confirmation emails through the ACP.

I supose I have to go to "log error page", search all users there, then go to ACP and change that user state to "Valid" instead of "waiting e-mail confirmation". I don't know other way...

You can search for / batch update users who haven't confirmed their email.

I was mistaken with the ACP comment above, but a user can request a new confirmation email when they log in.
