MG 2.0 error when trying to upload images

Evening all

I seem to get this error when i run the Console in inspect elements

/attachments/upload?type=xfmg_media&context[category_id]=2&hash=c5cb76ee502f7ccc7b537aa8d3b6f97b Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

is this server side so i need to contact my host?

Yeah it looks like a mod_security (or similar) rule is being tripped.

Is your host able to provide any details on exactly the rule/s that were tripped here?

We're seeing it a lot so I'm starting to wonder if there's anything we can do to reduce the false positives here.
