Confirmed Error when trying to import language XML

Trying to import the German language XML for XenForo 2.2.15 as a new language results in



This most likely happens because language XML < 2.3.0 don't contain short date formats.

Workaround
Manually create a new language and import the XML in overwrite mode afterwards

Suggested Fix
A better error messaging telling the admin that the XML file is incompatible
or
Import without setting short date formats if Skip import checks is enabled (Preferred)

Worse, it doesn't look like import/export handling was added here at all

After updating the forum to beta, default values are not set and, accordingly, when exporting, the date_format is missing in the file. After changing the value in the control panel, the field will be located in the export. Also missing are the required fields date_short_format, date_short_recent_format. When importing a language you need Skip import checks

Yes, overwriting with main language or cerate new one it's working fine,
