Error when logging out

One of my users just reported an error whilst trying to log out, im not sure what caused it though

The following error occurred:


403 Forbidden

Access to this resource on the server is denied!Powered By LiteSpeed Web Server

Which version of the software are you running and do you have any outdated templates?

1.0.4 and There are a couple of outdated templates

Adminforums v2 (Fluid)

navigation.css Custom Version: 1.0.0, Master Version: 1.0.1
thread_view Custom Version: 1.0.1, Master Version: 1.0.2
share_page Custom Version: 1.0.3, Master Version: 1.0.4

I don't think they would affect the logout button though..

Does this happen for all users, all the time?

Does it happen from any particular page, or all pages?

Not all users all the time, I have never experienced the problem myself but I will ask him what page he was on and if it is a persistent problem

Do you have a test login so I can see if I can reproduce the problem?

Can you also check whether those affected are logging in via Facebook?
