XF 2.2 Invalid password when logging into ACP

So this one has me stumped.

One of our admins is able to log into their forum account with no issues, but using the same password (copy and pasted directly each time with no auto-fillers used at all) they are unable to get into the ACP since it says the password is incorrect. They have tried resetting their password on the site and the issue persists. They have also tried on two Windows 11 computers and an Android phone, also no go. Cookies/cache cleared. So they can log into their forum account with the password, but not the ACP.

I tried logging into their account and it works for me, but they are still unable to access the account and we have already established that the password being used is 100% identical with no typos, spaces, etc. Does anyone have any ideas of what else we may be able to do to troubleshoot?

Have them use a different browser or even disable their ad blocker and see what happens. I bet it's something to do with the browser they are using.

You're saying the copy and pate doesn't work, but what if it's saved and the browser auto fills it? That seems to work for me without issue on a 2.2 board.
