XF 1.5 Error the server responded with an error

Hello , i have this problem:

you can see error information and js console below.
My xenforo is on sub-folder:
-- root
--- tfi (folder)
---- forums <-- sub-folder

Folder permits: 755
Files permits: 644

.htaccess doesn't change to original data.
Php server version 5.5 or higher.

I want to change a template data but all time xenforo shows this error.

How to fix it?

Is this specific to changing templates? If so, this is almost certainly mod_security or similar. You host should be able to identify the cause and whitelist the rule or admin.php.

I tried to change Default specific template but xenforo show this problem. I tried to change other template ... but doesn't work.
i thinks , as have you told, that is a question of mod_security. Now i will contact with my host and i will update the xenforo community about this situation.
