XF 1.2 Error reported by member

I had an astute member send this PM to me and although my forum is operating properly I thought I better run this by y'all anyway:

I just hit return in the search bar again and it came back without any issue. Just thought I'd pass this along in case it happens again/to someone else/whatever.
Is this something to be concerned about?. Is it possible his search just fell into a micro second gap while I was throwing levers, I have been doing a lot in the ACP today although nothing i the admin log right within that time frame. . . . .
