Getting this error when trying to import a style. [.xml format]

Any idea how to fix this issue?

Are you trying to import it from the server or your computer?

From my computer, there isn't a option to import from server for some reason?

Oh yes, the server option is just for add-ons.

It could be an issue with the style.
Have you tried contacting the designer to check there are no known issues?

I would say this is an issue with the PHP upload configuration. Can you upload an avatar or an attachment? If not, you may need to contact your host.

I just re-installed all of XenForo before trying to install the theme. maybe i did something wrong in the XenForo installation.
@Mike I will try upload a avatar and attachment. if it does work ill contact my host!
