XF 1.5 Error on adding admin on install

Install goes fine, but at the end when adding the admin I'm getting this error. Any ideas? Thanks.

Try downloading a new copy of the license files and uploading them again.

Thanks, I deleted all the files in the community directory. Fresh download and upload of all the xF files, and I get the same error when adding the administrator.

If you submit a ticket with FTP or cPanel log in credentials, as well as the MySQL database and admin details you are using for the installation, I can take a look.
