XF 2.3 Getting Error on adding smiley

iam getting this error, does someone know how can i fix this?

Or if it's something you need in emails instead of seeing the code just find the closest emoji that is valid. That goes for all smilies.

Also note, some areas of the forum do not process bbcode like Latest Activity, so an emoji replacement would be good there but I'd only do them if they were the same, to preserve user intent. So blank is good too.

Good point, mails we dont use at all.
