XF 2.3 error on 2.3 upgrade test

hello,
ive ran a test for this in a test area and noticed some oddities i wonder what we think...

first i got a whitepage/timeout trying to one click upgrade...which didnt fully surprise me, this fairly new server is not optimally tweaked yet....i had the host make an adjustment which failed so i uploaded the files manually and ran the cli upgrade command, which resulted this...then kicked me out and stuck halfway on front end...

ok i tried again and got this....


then tried again and it completed.....same thing with xfmg, browser timeout but restarting completed it.....
id like to avoid it on the live run anyway, which server config is that exactly?
