The menu doesn't appear normally

That would indicate that JavaScript isn't working for some reason. I'd check the standard stuff like add-ons or values you recently changed. Otherwise, you may need to look a a browser console to get some details as to any errors that are being triggered.

Did you try any of the suggestions given to you by Mike? That should definitely help you narrow down what is causing this.

I found the error ! It was just a JS file was don't upload
