Fixed Error, if select a thumb and click to "GO"

Hello I see it, if I select a media, not select any from drop down menu and click to "GO", how I can fix it?

I can reproduce it here, so moving to bugs. Inline mod shouldn't submit within an action (appears to be the behavior here).

I thought that maybe it in plugins or something else, but tested it on my local computer, on an empty forum, and got the same thing Error.

The latter is just a 404 error message in debug mode.
