Fixed Emojis which do not convert to EmojiOne

These emojis are not replaced by EmojiOne emojis: ☢☣
I suppose it's a service problem, but I comment it anyway

Thank you for reporting this issue. It has now been resolved and we are aiming to include it in a future XF release (2.1.2).

Change log:

Extend the number of possible unicode replacements by including the EmojiOne "greedy" rules.

Any changes made as a result of this issue being resolved may not be rolled out here until later.
