XF 2.1 Email transport via SMTP wont work

Hey i settup SMTP via g suit now i get this error

i tripel checked the username and passwort and even changed both but it still wont work anyone got a solution for this ?

I'd say you've got 2FA activated for the google account and therefore need an App Password

Worth noting there are sending limits with G Suite so you may run into issues as it's not intended for sending transactional emails
