XF 2.1 Email settings

I have moved server to a hosting account. emails from the xenforo install are not being sent. The host recomended that I use SMTP for sending emails. I have put all of the information in but still nothing.

If the only change is the server then that's likely the cause.

If fact the help topic were created for an older version and do not completely represent what I have.

The fundamental premise is the same, regardless of XF version.

If there are no errors in the XF ACP then the issue is external to XF.
