Email Question

If I was to create an email@mydomain.com, then set it up so I can use Gmail to view and send emails, would I have to rely on my hosting to store the emails, or would gmail provide the same amount of space they do with a normal gmail account and store them?

If you use Google apps, the emails are stored on Google servers.

Correction if you have a gmail account and your are setting up your myemail@mydomain.com via pop3 under accounts in setting under gmail. When you are setting it up you can tell it to leave a copy on the web server (https://support.google.com/mail/answer/21290?ctx=gmail&hl=en&authuser=0).

It will be on the page right after you put in your email address.
