I want to send a general email out to all users. I've gone in the admin section, users, email users. From name is filled in as the Site Name From email is the admin email Email title is filled in Plain text chosen Email Body - message is typed in In the criteria section I have: User name and email blank as I want to send this to all members. Registered users selected as the Primary group Then I've ticked two other user user groups in the secondary list Visited Since date - I've both filled this in and left it blank as well Message count is set to Zero User State valid Banned state not banned When I click Continue I get this message: No users matched the specified criteria. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
