XF 1.5 Email Notification on replies to threads

I have no watched threads but I am still getting email notifications when members reply to any of my posted threads, how do you turn this off as I have searched and just can't see anything on this.

So you have unticked automatically watch threads you create or reply in, and still getting notifications?

Unticking the option doesn't alter any settings for threads which are already being watched.

Check also for watched forums.

What does the text state at the bottom of the emails?
That will identify why they are being sent.

This really is getting frustrating as I just cannot seem to stop those email alerts.

Nothing showing up in show all watched threads either and I have further email alerts once again?

It seems these alerts have now stopped so thanks for your help.
