Not a bug Email bounce showed different email

I'm not sure how to reproduce this but one of my member is a valid member with email add email1@yahoo.com

But today, she reported that there's a notice saying "Attempts to send email to email2@gmail.com have failed...."

I checked the current email of our member and her email is email1@yahoo.com and her account is valid.

How can the notice showed different email address or maybe a wrong bounce?
