XF 1.4 Email Bounce Log

    We recently received bounce notification(s) for a user whose email account was inactive, but there are no entries in the Email Bounce Log.

    What details are supposed to be logged in the Email Bounce Log?

    If you received the bounce notification, presumably the bounce handling configuration hasn't been setup as expected. You would normally need to point it to a dedicated account that the system checks. Any email that comes into the account would then show in the email bounce log.
