elasticsearch...is it running

My technical knowledge is too little to solve this elasticsearch issue myself. Is there anybody who can help me solve this problem?

im not technical but yes...its installed

He's referring to the actual elasticsearch service -- the Enhanced Search add-on is not related to that. Elasticsearch is a program that needs to be installed and running like MySQL or your web server.

Unless you have your own VPS or dedicated server, your host most likely will not install it.

well...my businesspartner is a hostingcompany [www.webhostingtalk.nl] VBulletin :-( and our platform is on a dedicated server. ;-)
