Third party Editor removes single space between BB Code closing tag and Emoji when Toggle BB Code is used

Well, here's a weird one. If you use a BB code then immediately after the closing tag have a single space and then an emoji and then you Toggle BB Code in the editor, the single space is removed. A demo gif is attached.

It does not happen if multiple spaces are used between the BB code closing tag & the emoji and it does not happen with non BB code tags.

This isn't 2.1 specific. It's actually a more general version of what was reported here: https://xenforo.com/community/threa...de-removes-whitespace-between-smilies.144664/ I can reproduce this in 2.0 as well (with a smilie).

While that issue was fixed in Froala 2.9.0 (which we're using now), it appears it's still an issue with other cases. We have reported this to Froala: https://github.com/froala/wysiwyg-editor/issues/3178

@Kevin this has been marked as fixed in the latest version of Froala. Interestingly, our test case still doesn't work but if I try the exact steps from your GIF then it seems to be working correctly now.

Would you be able to verify?
