Lack of interest Editing a user on the front end as an admin should open ACP in a new tab

As per the title. When you are an admin (and moderator, of course) and edit a user from the front end, the ACP currently opens in the same tab.

This works differently from clicking on the Admin link in the moderator bar on the front end, which opens the ACP in a new tab.

I propose that the Edit user link also opens the ACP in a new tab for consistency.
