Not planned Edit thread title + close thread by double clicking

Similar to vBulletin, it would be very useful to double click on a thread title, outside the thread itself, and edit it. In addition, it would be very useful to close a thread by double clicking on the icon next to the thread title.

You can do this (and more) with the "edit" link on the thread list. Double clicking is simply not a discoverable action.

When I'm selecting a thread through the thread list, I can't see any option to edit a thread title, just to delete/move/sticky/etc'. Am I missing something?

I'm using the demo for now, but I've found the option to edit titles. Thanks.
