XF 1.4 Edit Terms of Service and Rules

How do you edit these please?

I want to add in some new terms.

It's a phrase.

Search the phrases for a snippet of the text and the resulting phrase will be returned, which you can then edit.

Where are phrases?

In /admin I go top right to search box and type in say "You agree to not use the Service

and get no results.

The search top right is the general ACP search.

You need to go here: admin.php?phrases/search

Enter the snippet in the 'Text Contains' field.
