Not planned Edit Silently

I think this should extend further in that if you edit a message silently, history shouldn't be recorded, either.

Currently, even if I edit a message silently, a History link still appears.

The history is intended for moderators only and applies for all edits (even before an edited by note appears for a regular edit as well). This behavior is very much intentional.

This is probably my biggest pet peeve with XF since it was launched.. It stinks that XF goes out of its way to take these types of decisions out of the Forum owners hands.
