Duplicate Edit history for resource description

Currently, resource description doesn't have any edit history (also applicable for "Updates").

Implemented - Description Edit History for Resource Manager

Every post has a "Content Edit History", I'd like to see the same for resource descriptions. Resource descriptions are often crafted with more care than posts, and edited more frequently.
