Fixed Edit Forum (AdminCP): Thread Prefix List

If you have two groups of thread prefixes, and the one on the right contains the same (or more) prefixes this happens:



If the same amount of prefixes, just add one to the left group (or take away one from the right), and all is fine again:



Tested with Chrome and Opera on two different sites.

Which is a Chrome bug. We have worked around it for the next release.
