Can Admin edit an attachment uploaded by other user?
Attachments can only be deleted via the interface in the ACP.
The post has to be edited in order to edit/change (delete and upload) attachments.
the attachments save in /data/attachments/0
but if i download one of them and edit in my computer and upload and remplace don't change the attachment
Depending on the attachment type and the changes you are making, database changes may also be required, so I wouldn't recommend that approach unless you understand exactly what needs to be changed.
it's an image, i want to edit an image that is uploaded by an user and upload the edit image
I download the image attachment, edit with the changes and upload with the same name in the same path, but in the forum the image don't change, I don't understand
Images are stored in two different directories, as full size and thumbnail.
In addition specific information relating to the file is stored in the database.
Again, if you don't understand exactly what needs to be changed, I would recommend against that approach.
Simply edit the post, delete the existing attachment and upload a new one.
Separate names with a comma.
