[EAE Add-ons] and XF 2.2 Beta Compatibility

Just an update for members using my add-ons, and for potential new users, on compatibility with XF 2.2 Beta 1.

Two add-ons will need changes:

Contacts - 3 template modifications need to be re-worked due to changes to forum_post_quick_thread, forum_post_thread, and thread_edit templates. Edit: the three template modifications only affect forums that are set to use contact lists. The rest of the contacts add-on works with XF 2.2 Beta 1.

Admin tools - all works fine with the exception of the cloning of the forum node type (this was expected). The new Forum type, Allowed thread types, and Available fields options must be added to the forum controller extension.

All other add-ons are compatible and no changes need to be made to be installed on XF 2.2 sites.

An update: Thanks to the template view history -> compare, the three template modifications are now compatible with XF 2.1 and XF 2.2 (beta 1) for the next release.

Re-wrote the clone action of the extension, it's a lot smaller and supports forum node types. Also added the ability to clone Search Forums. The next released version of Admin tools will work with XF 2.1 and XF 2.2.

As of this date all my add-ons will work with XF 2.1 and XF 2.2,
